What is NLP?

NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. It’s a powerful set of tools and techniques that help people understand how their thoughts, language, and behaviors are connected—and how to change unhelpful patterns. In coaching, I use NLP to help you shift mindset blocks, improve communication, and create lasting personal change by working with how your brain naturally processes information.

Put simply: NLP helps you think better, feel better, and do better—by changing how you relate to your own thoughts and experiences.

What can coaching help with?

Coaching can help with a wide range of personal and professional goals. Whether you’re feeling stuck, going through a life change, or striving for something more, coaching gives you the tools, support, and accountability to move forward.

What if I’ve never done this before?

That’s totally okay—and actually, most of my clients are new to coaching when they start. There’s no special preparation required. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to explore what’s possible for you.

In our first session, I’ll walk you through everything, answer any questions, and make sure you feel completely comfortable. Coaching is a supportive, judgment-free space designed to meet you exactly where you are.

What if I don’t have a clear goal?

That’s perfectly okay—and actually, it’s more common than you might think. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting coaching.

Part of the coaching process is gaining clarity. Together, we’ll explore what’s feeling off, what you want more (or less) of in your life, and what truly matters to you. From there, we can uncover meaningful goals or directions that align with your values and vision—even if you’re not sure what those are yet.

Think of coaching as a space to discover your next steps, not just chase goals you think you should have.
